YIP Miami is hosting its first-ever dumpling-making class at Miami’s Asian Food Hall 1-800 Lucky, located in the heart of Wynwood. Guests can pick their own fillings and fold their own bite-sized dumplings with YIP’s founder and chef, Filbert Ip. With various ingredients to choose from, such as a variety of vegetable fillings, chicken and shrimp, guests can also make their dumplings steamed or fried while sipping on YIP’s homemade Boba Teas.
Those attending the course will be able to go home with their own DIY dumpling kit to replicate their dim sum creations at home. Open to the public, this intimate dumpling-making experience is $50, and reservations are recommended. Guests will be able to master the art of dumplings which is no better way to celebrate National Dumpling Day.
