A collaboration between Taller de Enrique Norten (TEN) Arquitectos, landscape architecture firm Sasaki and Minotti, this private residential enclave drinks in panoramic ocean and Intracoastal views through its 38-story glass tower comprising half-floor residences, full-floor residences, penthouses and a duplex sky villa. From the tailored lobby lounge to the tropical-modern pool terraces to the curated and customizable interior furnishings in each residence, sumptuous textiles, and minimalist kitchens and baths thoughtfully crafted with sophisticated stonework, Minotti touches every part of the interior and exterior amenity spaces, and offers owners access to interior design services from Minotti’s designers.
