2013 Lexus GS Launch

| June 18, 2012 | Parties

Lexus partnered with MIAMI magazine for a series of events around South Florida to officially introduce the all-new 2013 Lexus GS. The first event took place at Whiskey Blue at The W Fort Lauderdale. More than 100 guests were greeted with custom cocktails by Ketel One and light bites. Views of the Atlantic Ocean set the backdrop for guests to get an up-close look at the hottest new vehicle on the market while local celebrity DJ Irie provided the beats for the evening.

For the vehicle’s introduction to the Miami Beach scene, MIAMI magazine and Lexus took over the Mary and Howard Frank Plaza of the New World Center. More than 250 guests interacted with the luxury auto while sipping on cocktails provided by Grey Goose Vodka and enjoying light bites. Local artist Erin Una Chainani sketched guests for a custom takeaway and a special appearance from dance-techno favorite Afrobeta closed the event with a high-energy performance.

MIAMI magazine brought the new Lexus GS to Boca Raton with an exclusive event at the Boca Raton Museum of Art. Guests gathered on the museum’s plaza to listen to sounds by DJ Zim and accompanying violinist Silvana Lanfredi. An array of specialty bites by leading caterer, Temptations Catering, complimented the specialty cocktails.

Lexus was also a proud sponsor of the Food, Friends & Fun Interactive Dinner at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, part of the 17th Annual United Way Miami Wine & Food Festival.
