Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Cucumber & Mint
1 oz. watermelon juice
1/2 oz. bayberry
1/2 oz. St-Germain
Top with rosé Champagne

Method

Add all ingredients into a tin and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe and top with Champagne.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Santa Teresa 1796 rum
1 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Monin mango syrup
1-2 dashes Scrappy’s Hellfire bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients in a tin. Add ice, shake and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Tajin rim and a lime wheel.

Ingredients

2 oz. gin or vodka
1 1/2 oz. pickled cordial, cherry sherry
1 oz. vermouth blend

Method

Stir all ingredients together in an iced mini martini coupe and garnish with a lemon twist, olive and onion.
