Miami is not just a city of what's new, but also what's next—especially as it relates to culinary pursuits. Here are four upcoming restaurant projects that have caught our attention.
The chef's table at Monger

JEREMY FORD & GROVE BAY HOSPITALITY GROUP This dynamic duo is working on an edgy eatery and a fish-centric restaurant in Coconut Grove at The Harbour. Details are slim, but anything bearing Ford’s stamp is bound to be Top Chef-winner caliber.

NORMAN VAN AKEN The award-winning chef’s Wynwood entry will comprise a trio of enticing concepts: Three, a fine dining restaurant; an In the Kitchen with Norman Van Aken cooking school; and No. 3 Social, a 100-plus-seat rooftop lounge.

MONGER BY THE VOLTAGGIO BROTHERS Three dining spaces, two tattooed celebrity chef siblings (Bryan and Michael Voltaggio) and one very unique concept will merge in late 2017 at this venue highlighting fish, meat and greens in a retro-modern grocery store-like environment.

BLT STEAK This meat lovers heaven reopens this summer at the newly refurbished Iberostar Berkeley Hotel. We can already see that enticing blackboard with daily specials, smell the Gruyere-laden popovers and taste those savory 28-day dry-aged cuts.
