Toast 2019 at these five venues.

Vegan Delights
As if the already popular Planta South Beach needed to give diners more reasons to visit, the plant-based restaurant recently introduced a daily Golden Hour with $8 drinks and bites. Cocktails include the WTR Berry, made with Ketel One vodka, raspberries, lime, watermelon water and toasted coconut. As for snacks? Think buffalo cauliflower with ranch dressing and steamed dumplings with “pork” shiitake mushrooms, truffle soya, hot chili oil and coriander. 850 Commerce St., Miami Beach, 305.397.8513

Downtown Moxie
With drinks at just $8, enjoy the night at Area 31’s rooftop restaurant and outdoor bar, which overlooks dynamic Brickell. From 5 to 8PM, guests can sip bubbly while comfortably sitting in a poolside cabana. On Friday nights, there are even more specials and a DJ set. Epic hotel, 270 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami, 305.424.5234

Sea of Life
If you love a good smoked fish dip and refreshing drinks, you can’t go wrong with Crawfish Eddie’s happy hour at Stiltsville Fish Bar. From 5 to 7PM on weekdays, guests can savor Key West-inspired drinks and bites such as fried green tomatoes and green eggs and ham. For the best experience, choose a seat facing the main doors for an optimal view of the sunset. 1787 Purdy Ave., Miami Beach, 786.353.0477

Bubbles & Bites
Located in the 1 Hotel South Beach, STK’s bar and lounge area offers $8 specials for their Bubbles, Bites and Booze Happy Hour. Enjoy a serving of the pork belly tacos or sips of the Cucumber Stiletto made with Absolut citron vodka, cucumber and mint. 2311 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.604.6988

Martinis and Merriment
Every day from 4 to 8PM, Meat Market’s happy hour offers Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne and Belvedere martinis for $10 each. Snacks are passed out on Fridays. Grab a seat at the bar and watch the people show that is Lincoln Road. 915 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, 305.532.0088
