Mid-Beach Marvel

Mid-Beach continues to fill out, with the revamp of a former Courtyard hotel debuting this spring. Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club’s Cinderella revamp sees it join Marriott’s Autograph Collection, with refreshed rooms in chic blue and neutral tones, new amenities, and elevated service. Guests will be welcomed with a Cadillac popsicle from the hotel’s signature shaved ice cart upon arrival. 3925 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 305.538.3373

Florida Flair
Three historic buildings and a brand new one come together to form a stylish boutique hotel with Latin and 1940s influences when Celino South Beach opens this summer. Along with beach access, guests will enjoy a rooftop glass-bottom pool and a second pool in the courtyard. Three restaurants, two bars and in-room spa service round out the amenities. 640 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, 786.574.4090

Millennial Catnip
Yes, it’s a hostel, but from a successful brand in Europe, where it offers “affordable luxury” and design-led accommodations. Generator Miami will be the company’s first U.S. location, moving into Mid-Beach, where it will have to compete with Miami’s original hip hostel, The Freehand. 3120 Collins Ave., Miami Beach

The New Kid on Collins
The stretch of Collins Avenue that hosts the Setai, the W and many other properties gets a new neighbor in The Greystone Hotel late this year. The new spot inside one of South Beach’s Deco gems will have 91 rooms, a rooftop pool and bar, restaurant, cafe and a basement lounge called The Greystone Record Club. 1920 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, 561.287.5400

Creative Sprit
The growing art scene in Hollywood inspires Circ Hotel Hollywood, slated to open this year. The hotel is located across from The ArtsPark at Young Circle and will display works by local artists in the lobby. Inside? One hundred-plus rooms, an Italian restaurant, a rooftop bar and a coffee shop. 1780 Polk St., Hollywood, 954.448.795
