Spring is on the shelves at these retailers.
1. The Bazaar Project
For irreverent gifts unlike any others, look no further than this candy store of a shop in the heart of Coconut Grove. Owner Yeliz Titiz has a penchant for the unusual and it shows. The inventory here includes everything from Odette Croco gold slippers to the Giraffe in Love wall chandelier. An on-site charming cafe is the perfect spot to take in a light lunch (with or without Champagne) after the shopping is done. 2990 McFarlane Road, Miami, 786.703.6154, thebazaarproject.com

2. Le Roy René
Bonbons are so been there, done that. The sweets at this shop in Brickell City Centre date back to 15th century France and the court of King René, the count of Provence. At the king’s wedding, confectioners created a new treat made out of Provençal almonds, melon and orange peel that is now available to us mere commoners. The shop also offers nougats, chocolates, and creams and jams. 701 S. Miami Ave., Miami, 786.347.5357, calisson.us
3. René Caovilla
Edoardo Caovilla, CEO and creative director of René Caovilla, calls the brand’s new boutique at Bal Harbour Shops “seductive, modern and young,” which is also a perfect description of the label’s offerings. Like jewels for the feet, René Caovilla’s sexy women’s footwear is marked by straps that wrap around the foot and leg seductively with embellishments that are meant to be noticed. Currently on shelves is the brand’s spring/summer 2021 collection. 9700 Collins Ave., Bal Harbour, 305.763.8095, renecaovilla.com

4. Sevan Biçakçi
There is jewelry and there is Jewelry. Sevan Biçakçi’s offerings are instant heirlooms, the result of intense craftsmanship and dedication by the Istanbul jeweler. Most enchanting among his collections are his rings, which feature precious stones as they depict fairy-tale scenes under transparent domes. 140 NE 39th St., Miami, 786.409.7156, sevanbicakci.com

5. Tighemi
Informed by her obsession with Morocco and all it represents, Tighemi is owner Lisa Walsh’s love letter to the exotic North African country. That means all the garments, accessories and home appointments here have a Marrakech influence that’s hard to miss. This is a place for flowy kaftans that take women from day to night and linen shirts for men that look as good as they feel. 140 NE 39th St., Miami, 786.536.7005, tighemi.com
