THE PARTY The first annual Wynwood Art Fair’s kickoff party and Sunday brunch THE LIST Most of Miami’s art scene players—VIPs and mere aficionados alike—turned up to check out Constance Collins Margulies’ first-ever street fair/festival, a fundraiser for Lotus House. THE SCENE The weekend consisted of two top events: a cocktail party and auction at the Margulies Collection to kick off the fair and an informal brunch presented by Paramount Bay to close it. As for the vibe? Think uptown meets downtown: Bottega Veneta types in one end of the room and hipster artists in the other. Photography by Brett Hufziger
