Aston Martin Residences brings luxury to life in many forms, one of which is the new art book Unique (astonmartinresidencesunique.com), inspired by the world’s first and only triple penthouse.

The fine art book features exclusive works by artists-in-residence coming together to tell the story of the triplex penthouse. The 80-page coffee-table book captures the spirit and impression of Miami’s soaring development through paintings, sculptures, music and poetry.

The exquisite book also features a QR code that directs scanners to an original score recorded by a 10-piece orchestra inspired by the penthouse itself. Readers will also discover building renderings brought to life by contributing artists, adding their personal perspectives to existing sketches.

“Art is intrinsically linked with the Aston Martin Residences,” shares Germán Coto, the CEO of G&G Business Developments. “The art book we’ve created contains exclusive images. It’s a permanent record inspired by the Unique penthouse, and we expect it to be an object of desire for those who appreciate the unrepeatable.”

Featuring works by automotive photographer Rafael Delceggio, who brings the Aston Martin Vulcan to life through images, the handcrafted leather-bound book is a work of art itself.

Limited to just 150 copies, the final six pages are intentionally left blank to include the handwritten story of the triplex’s first owner. Just as grand as the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom opulent penthouse, Unique perfectly portrays the luxury of the residences.
