Auberge Fort Lauderdale Wine Tasting

| October 17, 2016 | Parties

Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale treated buyers and brokers to an intimate wine tasting curated by the Auberge brand’s Head Sommelier, Kris Margerum. This oceanfront event was the first of a three-part series where guests can experience the Auberge lifestyle, which is heavily rooted in Napa Valley.

Margerum, whose career with Auberge spans more than 26 years, selected an assortment of whites and reds from expert vintner and proprietor, Agustin Huneeus. Guests had the opportunity to taste Illumination, Flowers and Faust from Huneeus’ winning portfolio and also indulged in a variety of light bites. Margerum took into account every flavor before deciding his top three, ensuring that each taste will complement Auberge Fort Lauderdale’s lifestyle. The event took place at the property’s oceanfront sales gallery and outdoor patio, where guests enjoyed breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

Auberge properties are known for their signature resort-style ambiance, health and wellness amenities and Michelin-starred cuisine. In Fort Lauderdale, the property will possess all of the leisure and lifestyle amenities one can expect from the esteemed Auberge brand—such as a restaurant offering a fresh assortment of local farm-to-table ingredients, a wine vault and wine room stocked with a selection of hand-picked favorites from Auberge sommeliers and a world-class spa offering all-natural beauty and relaxation treatments.

Margerum will continue curating wines from the country’s leading vineyards throughout the fall season. The series continues with an assortment of St. Supery’s finest in October followed by Chappellet in November.
