On Thursday, June 25, 2015, two of the world’s most iconic wine and spirits will serve as accompaniments to an exclusive menu prepared by BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward. A reception, followed by a five course sit down dinner will be paired with wines from the renowned portfolio of Cakebread Cellars, one of Napa Valley’s most successful and beloved wineries. Dessert will be served with the one and only Macallan 25 year old single malt Scotch whisky, Macallan 25, on the veranda overlooking the world-famous Blue Monster golf course complete with hand-rolled cigars. Dinner is offered at $125 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, and will be served in the restaurant’s private dining room.
