Crispy potato skins with burrata, caviar and hardboiled egg

The new Buena Vista restaurant features a menu that highlights both chefs’ love for well-sourced ingredients and precise techniques. Sure-to-be-standouts include the baked clams with ‘njuda and lemon, bone marrow with roasted garlic and a tomatillo-cilantro salsa, and crispy potato skins with burrata, caviar and hardboiled egg. The wine list covers both Europe and the Americas. We expect desserts to be just as exciting. 5205 NE Second Ave., Miami, boiaderestaurant.com
