After a long COVID nap that began March 2020 and ended last month, Boulud Sud is back in action with executive chef Carlos Consuegra at the helm. The man comes with more than 17 years of culinary experience and ample knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine of Spain, which should serve him well. Diners are sure to be enticed by Consuegra’s takes on staples such as octopus a la plancha, grilled lamb chop a la Grecque and the Catalan hanger steak.
