db Bistro Moderne’s Sommelier Christopher Linderman welcomes winemaker Pierre de Benoist of Domaine A. et P. de Villaine for an evening of Burgundy wines from the Cote Chalonnaise on Wednesday, May 2nd. Indulge in five single vineyard wines, paired with a four-course Burgundian dinner by Chef Jarrod Verbiak. Wines will include Aligote from Bouzeron, Rully Blanc St. Jacques and Bourgognes Rouges La Digoine & La Fortune. Chef Jarrod will pamper guests with Pressee de Lepin, Rabbit Confit, Meyer Lemon Coulis, Aligote Gelee, Leaves of Sorrel; Grenouille Fricassee, Florida Frog Legs, Garlic Confit, Hazelnut, Mushrooms; and for dessert Epoisses de Berthaut, Slow Roasted Pork, Boudin Noir, caramelized Apple, Smoked Aubergine, Mustard Jus. For $250 wine lovers and db Bistro Moderne fans alike have a special treat in store.
