The colorful Calle 23 Miami, the only Cuban restaurant along the enchanting Miracle Mile, fills a much-needed void in the neighborhood with its authentic flavors and lively atmosphere. The new summer menu doubles down on Cuban inspiration with a Miami twist, offering a variety of mouthwatering small, medium, and large plates. Among the offerings, guests can find refreshing salads, sides, and desserts to satisfy all cravings. This fabulous restaurant has something for everyone, whether guests are looking for a ladies night, live music, or simply an unforgettable meal shared with friends.
When you visit, the restaurant will transport you to the streets of Havana, where you can feel the team's Cuban roots through sensational music, cocktails, and a newly updated menu. Indulge in small plates like the Croquetas del Barrio (ham, chorizo, or cheese served with cilantro, BBQ chef sauce, and pepper jelly) and Tartar del Salmon (served with avocado, pico de gallo, passion fruit, olive oil, and salt). These dishes are ideal for sharing and reinventing beloved Cuban classics while celebrating summer in Miami with seasonal ingredients and refreshing preparations.
La Frita Cubana (two sliders made with homemade chorizo beef patties, chipotle dressing, pepitas, and signature fries) from the medium plates is a satisfying handheld dish that's ideal for fueling up before dancing the night away to Calle 23's live salsa music. If you are looking for something a little more substantial, the Nobel Ropa Vieja de Res (slow-cooked beef, rice, black beans, and maduros) from the large plates hits the spot with its rich, soulful sauce that soaks up all the alcohol at the start or end of a fun night out.
For salad lovers, enjoy the Ensalada de Aguacate (avocado, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, and citrus dijon dressing); pair well with any of Calle 23 Miami's elevated yet familiar Cuban-inspired dishes but also stand alone as a meal. Of course, no meal is complete without a side of hot, salty tostones or yuca frita, among other things. For dessert, the new Arroz con Mango is the ultimate refreshing finisher for a sweet ending to an unforgettable summer evening.
Calle 23 Miami's menu continues to feature excellent handcrafted cocktails. There's the Mojito, the Cucumber Smash, the Coco Loco and many others. The restaurant's popular happy hour, live entertainment, dancing, and plenty of Cuban sabor throughout the week, will spice up your date night, girls' night out, or after-work outing. Happy hour specials on Calle 23 Miami include $7 cocktails, $5 wines, and $4 beers. Happy Hour drink and food specials are available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with an early happy hour beginning at 4 p.m. on Fridays! Guests can feel the beat with live entertainment every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!
