In the height of the city's immense growth, The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort has announced its newest partnership with two-time Michelin-starred Chef Tristan Brandt. The Miami culinary scene has seen a complete transformation over the last couple of years, and this new addition will just add to the city’s success.
Chef Brandt and the Carillon team will work together to create a new culinary destination at the hotel.
The luxury wellness resort is best known for its approach to health and wellness from the inside-out, including spa treatments, fitness center, beachfront, beautiful suites and amazing culinary offerings.

Our goal is to treat our guests to a fine dining experience that pushes every button, and that is exactly what Chef Brandt will bring to our resort’s dining lineup.”
Chef Brandt is acclaimed for his take on modern French cuisine while adding in many Asian influences. As a chef who is well known in the Michelin Guide world, there was no better time for him to pivot into Miami as a market, with the first-ever Florida Michelin Guide currently in the works.
Chef Brandt expressed, “After an international career that has taken me across Europe, into Asia, and over the wide-open sea, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to offer patrons a new culinary concept of my own creation at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort,” he continued, “Miami Beach is such a bustling market, with a number of superb restaurants and the Michelin Guide now knocking on doors to highlight the very best. Making this partnership even more exciting, this project is Chef Brandt’s first taste of the United States culinary community.
Slated to launch in spring 2022, Chef Brandt will help bring the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort’s culinary offerings to another level.
