Celebrate the end of the year off on a high note at Stiltsville Fish Bar! Nestled in Sunset Harbour, watch the boats sail by and breathe in the fresh air at the restaurant’s New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day brunch and dinner. With an intimate outdoor patio, Stiltsville captures guests with its laid-back feel and authentic cuisine created by Top Chef Jeff McInnis and Chef Janine Booth.
The New Year’s Eve dinner is a seven-course prix fixe menu, priced at $100 per person, with dishes including Stiltsville’s famous Stone Crab with a Green Apple Roll, Caribbean Lobster & Grits and Surf N’ Turf N’ Truffle Crusted Ribeye Steak, so you are sure to be filled up before a night out on the town. Make sure to book reservations in advance and get a round of rosé on the house. Dinner begins at 4PM.
Guests will also have the option to revive themselves after a long night with Stiltsville’s New Year’s Day brunch. At $100 per person, a seven-course prix fixe menu is available, offered with a round of bubbles this time if you book in advance. There will be a range of crave-worthy dishes you can munch on to curb your cravings and cure your hangover, such as the Caviar Deviled Eggs, Crab Cake Eggs Benedict and of course, the Stiltsville Fried Chicken. New Year’s Day Brunch hours will be from 11AM - 4PM.
Stiltsville Fish Bar is helmed by James Beard Award semifinalists, and husband and wife duo, chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, and Miami-based restaurant group, Grove Bay Hospitality. A nod to Cape Florida’s Stiltsville (a collection of houses on wooden stilts in the middle of the ocean), the restaurant offers coastal cuisine and fresh seafood in a breezy, relaxed atmosphere.
