Cinco de Mayo Menu Promotion

Downtown Miami’s sexy and sophisticated steakhouse, Toro Toro, located at the iconic InterContinental Miami, will celebrate Cinco de Mayo 2013 with two special promotions. Beginning Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5, guests can enjoy spiced up Happy Hour and/or prix-fixe dinner. Kick-off the fiesta during Happy Hour, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., with $2 tacos such as roasted chicken with salsa Criolla, avocado and cumin crema fresca; spicy tuna with shaved lettuce and guacamole; and braised short rib with pickled onions, queso fresco and cilantro. Quench your thirst with a blood orange margarita – Solerno Liqueur, Maestro Dobel tequila, black salt and lime rim – priced at $6 each.

Offered at $39 per person, diners can enjoy a caliente three-course, prix-fixe dinner. To start, delicious chiles en nogata – poblano chile, savory beef picadillo and walnut cream – will be served. A mouthwatering entrĂ©e of pollo con mole – roasted chicken breast, corn tamale and mole sauce – is sure to tantalize. End the evening on a sweet note with the sopaipillas con chocolate y cajeta – crisp flour tortilla, ancho chile chocolate and caramel.
