City of the Future PechaKucha Night 20x2

| April 10, 2015 | Parties

On Friday, Feb. 20, the Frost Science Young Patrons continued Innovation & Engineering festival with a fascinating City of the Future PechaKucha Night 20x20
presentation, a speaker format in which 20 images were shown, each for 20 seconds. The evening began with a welcome from Gillian Thomas, CEO and President of Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science, followed by the presentations. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed beverages in a fun and thought-provoking atmosphere while making their very own pottery through a special Maker’s activity. The evening concluded with the "raku" kiln fire while the pottery was cured for guests to take home.
