After a two-year renovation, Coconut Grove’s iconic destination Mayfair House Hotel & Garden has reopened its doors to much fanfare. A beloved fixture for travel and pampering since 1985, the property now features two brand-new food and beverage concepts, Mayfair Grill and Sipsip brought by local hospitality group Lost Boy & Co., as well as freshly transformed guest rooms and a new art curation from both local and international artists. All together, the property maintains its charm and old-world glamour, tastefully combined with modern sophistication and amenities.

Presenting exquisite architecture from Kenneth Treister and interior design from New York-based firm Goodrich, the end result is rich, elegant and timeless with modern finishes and touches that allow guests to transcend into ease and luxury. With each guest room designed to be a “small private home,” each room is unique with amenities ranging from private terraces to dining, living and sleeping areas, or indulgent stand-alone bathtubs for soaking, private walled gardens, outdoor showers and deep complementary color palettes along with gold and bronze accent touches—beautifully merging the property’s old-world charm with its refreshed design.

Anchoring the property as the central focus is its sun-drenched courtyard and garden, which serves as a gathering destination from day to night, adorned with dramatic greenery, cascading fountains, pools and beautiful paintings, enhanced by its breathtaking architecture.
Spanning 8,500 square feet of both indoor and outdoor event space, Mayfair House Hotel & Garden not only offers out-of-town or staycation guests the ability to bask in the lush accommodations of the property, but also serves as the ideal setting for galas, cocktail parties, conferences, exhibitions, banquets and weddings. And with the arrival of Mayfair Grill—which delights the palates of guests with its wood-fired cuisine—as well as rooftop bar Sipsip, exquisite culinary offerings and innovative cocktails are aplenty throughout the stay. Located just steps away from the newly revived CocoWalk, further culinary and shopping adventures await.
