Marking the first renovation in its 22-year history, the iconic Continuum unveils a new urban environmental transformation revitalizing the South of Fifth destination’s outdoor facade.
In partnership with the award-winning landscape architectural design firm ArquitectonicaGEO, the newly refurbished property—which has remained a pioneer in Miami’s high-rise luxury condominium lifestyle—elevates the arrival experience for residents and visitors alike. Complete with a newly installed infinity water fountain, metal finishes and stainless-steel light fixtures, the design and landscape ethos evokes a feeling of infinite well-being that the iconic resort-style property offers.

Visitors and residents are welcomed to the secluded sanctuary with specimen trees grown in the heart of the Redlands, bringing a photoworthy moment to the concrete oasis. Incorporating polished gray concrete, tinted black glass, a dark wooden veranda-style canopy made from camaru wood and polished sliding doors, the security gate serves as a modern welcome to the building. Through an elegant design aesthetic, the space creates a welcoming experience leading up to the North and South towers.
In addition to creating a beautifully designed gardenscape and increasing the green space on the property, the project implemented state-of-the-art concrete restoration to refurbish and ensure the structural integrity of the Miami Beach icon.

“We have taken vast measures to ensure the long-term structural integrity and resilience of our land and buildings,” notes Rishi Idnani, Continuum’s managing director. “The work we have completed will protect the Continuum for future decades and embellish the natural beauty, tranquility and biodiversity of our esteemed neighborhood.”
Working to reduce energy consumption, improve air quality and increase outdoor recreation opportunities, the Continuum fully embraces the beauty of eco-friendly initiatives. The project aims to incorporate water, soil, plant, material and energy conservation. Taking into account every layer of the project, from roadways and concrete to palm trees and plants, the enlivening outdoor area transforms the space while epitomizing the suave Miami Beach lifestyle we love. 100 South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, continuumsb.com
