New dishes joining the brunch menu include a Mushroom Omelet, which is cooked in an indulgent truffle oil, the Croque Monsieur — made with béchamel sauce and served on a brioche bun —offers Coral Gables a taste of France! The star dishes of the menu, however, are the Mr. and Mrs. Egg benedicts! The former uniquely includes savory short rib, and the latter is prepared with two poached eggs, smoked salmon and sautéed spinach.
For guests with a sweet tooth, the new buttermilk pancakes are sure to satisfy your cravings. The stacks are topped with fresh fruit and rich cheesecake cream. Another option, the Chia Pudding, features delicious layers of coconut milk, almond butter and fruit of forest compote.
Copper 29 Bar’s reputation for its drinks holds up here too. Bottomless mimosas and sangria for only $25 and $150 bottle specials round out the meal. A live DJ makes typical Sunday brunch into a party!
