Coral Gables’ Villa Valencia offers the ultimate options when it comes to customization.
It can be a real conundrum to decide between the singularity of a custom house and the simplicity and amenities condominium living can provide, so Rishi Kapoor, CEO of Location Ventures, created Villa Valencia, an upscale 13-story boutique project offering the best of those worlds and more.
