Ensenada, the renowned New York mariscos and mezcales destination, makes its highly anticipated debut on Biscayne Blvd, bringing the vibrant flavors of contemporary Latin American coastal cuisine. Helmed by Partner and executive chef Luis Herrera, alongside Owner Bryce David and the Erkaya family—founders of the iconic Mandolin Aegean Bistro—Ensenada Miami effortlessly blends the cultural richness of Mexico’s coast with the sophisticated hospitality Mandolin is known for.

Chef Luis Herrera, who brings his experience from the Mexican fine-dining institution Cosme, fuses his Venezuelan roots with the flavors of Mexico, drawing inspiration from fish markets in Mexico City and Baja’s famed taco carts. The menu at Ensenada is a celebration of coastal ingredients, featuring vibrant ceviches and aguachiles alongside expertly crafted tacos that capture the essence of Baja.
