Double Dose

| September 2, 2014 | Parties

The Related Group just keeps charging forward—and celebrating real estate’s good times along the way. Developer Jorge Pérez and his associates recently held not-so-small affairs to celebrate the debuts of the sales centers at their most recent developments. At the gathering for SLS Lux, more than 1,000 guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres by chef Katusya Uechi (who will have a namesake restaurant at the property when it debuts in 2016) as they took in the massive $3 million Botero sculpture that anchors the sales center’s entrance. A few weeks later, some 300 brokers turned out to meet architect Piero Lissoni at the sales center for ONE Paraiso, an Edgewater-area property that will be the future Miami home of folks like DJ David Guetta and tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario.
