With impeccable service, a waterfront tropical spring presentation and sumptuous culinary fare, the culinary team at Café Sambal will pull out all the stops for a lavish Easter Brunch to celebrate with the entire family.
On Sunday, April 8, 2012, guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience at the waterfront Café Sambal with decadent dishes such as Guava Cream Cheese Brioche French Toast, Tamarind and Garlic Chicken Lollipops, Snapper Ceviche with Mango and Cedar Plank Roasted Arctic Char. In addition, there will be a made-to-order omelet and egg station, pancakes and waffles, a sushi display, a selection of salads and seafood, delicious bakery items and an assortment of cheeses and fresh fruit. Traditional dessert favorites as well as tempting house-made pastries and chocolates will also be presented. The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance at each of the two Brunch seatings.
