Ecléctico invites guests to indulge in its dynamic menu featuring Mexican staples, a fusion of globally inspired Latin tapas, a full cocktail bar, live entertainment, happy hour, weekend brunch, and much more. When it comes to thinking outside the box, this fun spot in the heart of Coral Gables will immerse guests in a fantastic experience inspired by the richness of Pan-Latin cuisine in a vibrant indoor-outdoor space decorated to elevate.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Its small and medium-sized menu allows guests to share an affordable culinary journey through its delicious Pan-Latin options. Some favorites include the Forbidden Rice (featuring a black lotus rice base tossed with lobster, shrimp, scallops, octopus, and maduros in a sofrito sauce) and the Croqueta Coqueta (a vegan croqueta made with spinach, sofrito, and coconut milk and topped with habanero crystals). From the Tacositos menu, guests can enjoy a variety of fresh seafood platters served with toppings and sauces to delight each bite. All sauces, tortillas, and seasonings are made fresh and by hand, and the menu is 95% gluten-free. Guests can also enjoy delightful Mexican breakfast classics like chilaquiles and more during the weekend brunch.

Inside, the dining room walls are covered in floor-to-ceiling murals hand-painted by local artist Chady Elias. The fully stocked bar is positioned at the center, allowing guests to sip on delicious, inventive craft margaritas and an assortment of craft cocktails. The restaurant has an outdoor space that invites guests to enjoy fantastic food and cocktail options on ample shaded seating accompanied by live entertainment like their famous fire shows during the weekends.

Ecléctico also boasts a great daily happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a selection of $5 beers, $6 wines, $7 cocktails, $8 classic cocktails, and $9 hand-crafted specialty cocktails, plus discounted bites, including the ultra-popular arepitas, street tacos, tostadas and many more. In addition to everyday specials like Margarita Monday, Taco Tuesday, Wine Wednesday, and Tequila Thursday.
