Miracle Mile just gained its largest sized fashion retailer yet—the 5,702-square-foot, high-end French label Eden Park. The rugby-inspired brand is the creation of international rugby players Frank Mesnel and Eric Blanc, fueled by a deep-rooted passion and respect for the prestigious sport that dominates the French sporting scene.
Since 1987, Eden Park has built a reputation for masterfully blending sportswear with a refined fashion sense, reflecting a diverse range of clothing and accessories with its most notable line being men’s rugby shirts.
Leading commercial real estate firm Terranova Corporation facilitated the retailer’s five-year lease and strategic relocation from Merrick Park to Miracle Mile. The iconic downtown district in Coral Gables has undergone a rapid transformation in recent years with the introduction of new businesses in the culinary and retail realms.
“Terranova is thrilled to welcome Eden Park to the vibrant community of Miracle Mile,” said Founder and Chairman of Terranova Corporation Stephen Bittel in a release. “Our commitment has always been to create a tenant mix that embodies innovation and excellence. Eden Park's fusion of French-inspired elegance and sporting history aligns perfectly with our vision to enrich the district.”
