Miracle Mile just gained its largest sized fashion retailer yet—the 5,702-square-foot, high-end French label Eden Park. The rugby-inspired brand is the creation of international rugby players Frank Mesnel and Eric Blanc, fueled by a deep-rooted passion and respect for the prestigious sport that dominates the French sporting scene.
Since 1987, Eden Park has built a reputation for masterfully blending sportswear with a refined fashion sense, reflecting a diverse range of clothing and accessories with its most notable line being men’s rugby shirts.
Leading commercial real estate firm Terranova Corporation facilitated the retailer’s five-year lease and strategic relocation from Merrick Park to Miracle Mile. The iconic downtown district in Coral Gables has undergone a rapid transformation in recent years with the introduction of new businesses in the culinary and retail realms.
