Serving as the culinary cornerstone of Miami’s iconic Moore building, Elastika, named after Zaha Hadid’s sculpture hovering four stories above the dining area, is more than a mere restaurant—it is a work of art.

Helmed by executive chef Joe Anthony, who helped earn Gabriel Kreuther two Michelin stars, Elatika’s menu incorporates locally sourced ingredients, embracing the principles of regenerative and sustainable farming. Committed to sourcing ingredients from local farmers such as Tiny Farm, French Farms, Swank Specialty Produce, Paradise Farms, Gratitude Garden Farm and Harpke Family Farm, each dish is flavorful and nourishing.

“Our culinary vision is to create vibrant food that is original and thoughtful, yet humble in its roots,” Anthony shares. “We want our guests to experience a sense of comfort regarding where their food comes from and how it’s prepared.”

With delectable seasonally inspired offerings such as heirloom tomato gazpacho, citrus-cured kingfish crudo, miso-marinated beef tenderloin and grass-fed bison tartare, chef Anthony elegantly weaves Miami’s diverse culinary community into artistically plated dishes while bringing the historic landmark to life.

Led by the hospitality group WoodHouse, Elatika’s design seamlessly blends modern sophistication with historical architectural elements. Located in the light-filled atrium, the 18-seat bar and 12-seat semi-private dining room are perfect for morning coffee or evening libations.

The Miami landmark, initially built by Theodore Moore in the 1920s, offers a private members club, boutique hotel, executive offices and gallery space, with Elastika serving as both the lobby and gastronomic hot spot. 191 NE 40th St., Miami, elastikamiami.com
