Estate of Excellence

| October 23, 2013 | Parties

THE PARTY Since the announcement that Thom Filicia will make his Miami design debut with the Biscayne Beach residential high-rise, the dapper tastemaker has become a most ubiquitous guest of honor—and in Miami, that’s no small feat. The latest of these gatherings was a private dinner at the Gary Nader Fine Art Gallery in Wynwood hosted by Filicia, as well as top brass from Eastview Development, GTIS Partners and Cervera Real Estate, the developers and realtors behind the project. THE GUESTS Realtors! Developers! Oh, my! Needless to say, the guest list was big on real estate types. Among these: Ali Lamadrid, Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Gingi Beltran and Sildy Cervera. THE DETAILS With cuisine by Mena Catering and art galore, the dinner had its musts in check. The highlight of the evening came when Filicia revealed details about the project’s Penthouse Collection of homes, as well as the specifics on Biscayne Beach’s bay-front beach club, a fun-in-the-sun deck with a pool boasting 335 linear feet of land that directly faces the waters of Biscayne Bay.
