Facundo Rum is a big part of Miami Spice 2019.
Facundo Rum is bringing a rather sophisticated spin to Miami Spice. For the uninitiated, Miami Spice is a promotion from Aug. 1 to Sept. 30 during which area restaurants offer discounted lunch and dinner special menus (at $23 and $39 a head respectively). This year, Facundo Rum has partnered up with certain eateries (including Amara at Paraiso, Drunken Dragon, Fiola Miami, Juvia, Prime Fish, Prime Italian, Sugarcane, Zuma, Novikov and Komodo), which will also offer dining experiences incorporating the brand’s four rums (Neo, Eximo, Exquisito and Paraiso). How each one does it varies from location to location—for instance, one might choose to do an Eximo-flavored dessert, while another may offer a pour of Paraiso with a certain dish.
