Mariachis! Tequila! Spice! The popular Cantina La Veinte celebrates its second anniversary with Mexican moxie galore.

Miamians can be fickle when it comes to restaurants, but the second anniversary party for Cantina La Veinte proved that the Brickell favorite is as popular as ever.

More than 600 guests turned out to say “happy birthday” to the Mexican eatery. Among them were artist Romero Britto, TV host Andrea Minski and a slew of Latin American singers and entertainers, including Maahez, Sebastian Arango, Jonathan Moly and Gabriel Coronel. And owners Alberto Cinta, Inigo Domenech and Ramon Perez, who flew in from Mexico for the occasion, couldn’t have been happier with the turnout.

Live mariachi performances, spicy margaritas, a spectacular menu by Executive Chef Santiago Gomez and a televised tribute to the late Juan Gabriel made for an evening to remember. ‒Michael Muzquiz
