Designed by Florentine designer Michele Bönan and Miami-based architect Luis Revuelta, the 20-story building will feature a curved façade that creates a cohesive connection between it and the surrounding landscape. Offering 70 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms up to nearly 3,980 square feet, each captivating home features timeless elegance paired with contemporary interiors. Each penthouse ranges from 6,430 to 9,690 square feet, setting the stage for its residents to enjoy spacious open floor plans.
Residents of Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove will have their very own spa on site.
The homes boast 11-foot ceilings, custom Italian kitchens designed by Molteni and Michele Bönan Interiors, top-of-the-line European appliances and finishes, and striking baths with Italian cabinetry complemented by Italian marble finishes paired with sweeping water views.
