Giordana Spadei's Health & Beauty Must-Haves

Feeling and looking our best takes savvy and dedication. Just ask the three individuals in our health and beauty portfolio. Here, they reveal the products they swear by, the fitness regimens they follow, their nutrition musts and even a secret or two.

As a real estate associate, Giordana Spadei spends many of her days showing off Miami’s most enviable properties, but one can say her true calling has more to do with health and well-being than million-dollar listings. The proof is in everything she does. Her lifestyle brand, De La Heart, is dedicated to both looking and feeling good via curated products and services that nod to fashion, beauty and health. And she’s also a brand ambassador for no fewer than two activewear lines: Miami’s Peony and England’s Lilybod. There’s also her fitness regimen, which is both intense and varied: yoga and Pilates multiple times a week, cardio and weights workouts with two different trainers regularly, and calisthenics here and there. “I make sure to be active for an hour every single day,” says Spadei. “The key is to keep that routine as fun as possible, so I like to mix it up.” As it relates to beauty, regular skin treatments are a must. “I love taking care of my skin,” she says, “and my usual procedures are hydrating facials, chemical peels, IPLs and microneedling, which has become my favorite because it stimulates the production of collagen and tightens the skin to prevent wrinkles.” Of course, she believes none of that matters without smart nutrition. “I was raised in Colombia, where farm-to-table was a thing before people knew what the term meant,” she says. “I grew up eating everything homemade and organic, and to this day, I am very particular about what I put in my body. I try to stay away from processed foods, alcohol, dairy, gluten and sugar, and I have a simple rule: If it doesn’t make me feel good after eating it, I won’t eat it again.” Words to live by.
