Novikov’s shrimp and cilantro dumplings
The Sunday Dim Sum Brunch at Novikov is the definition of bang for your buck. For $23 a person, diners get three courses that include starters like chicken and sweet corn soup or hot-and-sour king crab; one order of dim sum such as saffron and sweet corn, chicken shumai, kimchi and wagyu beef or shrimp and cilantro; and entrees like chicken chow mein, salt-and-pepper pork ribs, grilled branzino and crispy Peking duck.
