Miami loves a good art party! Case in point: the launch of The Manifest Destiny Billboard Project, a nationwide art initiative that involved artists and works from Florida to California. To celebrate the debut, the Social Club, the Los Angeles Nomadic Division and some 100 collectors and art aficionados gathered at the Surfcomber Hotel in South Beach to see the hard work of Whitney Adjunct Curator Shamim Momin, who created the project. Among the guests in attendance were Cecilia Dean, James Kaliardos, Megan Riley, and artists Jeremy Shaw and Zoe Crosher, whose works were part of The Manifest. –Photography by Patrick McMullan
