Gucci is doubling in size at Bal Harbour Shops, featuring a new boutique sprawling across two floors.
The luxury shopping mecca in Miami is undergoing a $550 million renovation, which tremendously expands the mall’s footprint. Gucci is taking full advantage of the extra square footage, offering an array of dedicated vignettes and a thoughtful customer journey inside its newest boutique.

A custom staircase connects the two levels, which include a menswear takeover on the second floor highlighting the gentlemen’s offering from ready-to-wear to shoes and luggage. The updated first floor now features an expanded selection of women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry and watches, eyewear, decor and Gucci Beauty. Complementing the store is a new private shopping area for personal styling and VIP appointments.

Custom geometric painted wood floors and marble polychrome inlays produce decorative 3D effects across the boutique while harmoniously integrated with herringbone wood accents. Mechanical display units contrast with the softness of rich fabrics adorning the rooms—round tables offset rectangular ones, while varnished metallic finishes complement pink velvets. Flecked throughout the store are sumptuous chairs, ornate light fixtures and vintage oriental rugs layered over the floors for a textured effect. The result is a space that entices, surprises and feels authentic to Gucci’s vibrant personality under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele. 9700 Collins Ave., Ste. 172, Bal Harbour, gucci.com
