As South Florida’s temperatures slowly cool, Miami’s culinary scene is heating up. Presented by Goya Foods and renowned culinary experiential marketing agency, a21, Heritage Fuego is returning to the historic Biltmore Hotel for its 14th year. Taking place on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024, this open-air celebration of live-fire cooking will transform Coral Gables into a haven for lovers of grilled flavors and heritage-bred ingredients.

With a roster of 20 of South Florida’s most celebrated chefs, Heritage Fuego promises an evening of gastronomic exploration. Notable names like Tam Pham of Tam Tam, Jorge Ramos of Bella’s Tapas, Giorgio Rapicavoli of Mayfair, Luca Osteria & Eating House, Fiorela Cornejo of Rusty Pelican Miami, and Randy Zuniga of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink will converge to showcase the magic of open-flame cooking. Each chef will present heritage-bred proteins inspired by diverse culinary traditions, creating a fusion of global tastes grounded in Miami’s food culture.
