From blogger and artist to businesswoman and entrepreneur, Justina Blakeney is one of the hardest-working women in design. The Jungalow founder—who’s known for her colorful, no-holds-barred style—releases her third book, aptly named Jungalow: Decorate Wild (Abrams), this spring. Consisting of tips on how to cultivate your own style and break design rules, along with personal narratives on her upbringing and staying inspired, it’s the L.A. resident’s most personal tome yet. “Design can help increase the beauty and functionality of a home, but it can do more than that too,” she says. “It can help support goals, dreams and well-being. This book aims to help readers cultivate a home to thrive in—to create space for growing and blossoming.” Blakeney, who recently moved to a new home with her family, is staying busy with renovations and a slew of upcoming launches. Right in time for warmer weather, the plant-loving multihyphenate shares the outdoor decor items on her wish list.
Justina Blakeney’s third book, Jungalow: Decorate Wild (Abrams), comes out in April.
