Miami’s very own Jose Carlos Diaz, the appointed curator of the Andy Warhol Museum invites you to pop into the pop up art exhibition you won’t want to miss. Get ready for “Letters to Andy Warhol,” a three-part show coming to the Miami Design District’s Palm Court. Start off with five private letters to Andy from influencers such as Yves St. Laurent, Mick Jagger and Truman Capote. Then check out the new works sparked by these vintage letters, including a short film called “Screen Stories” by Chiara Clemente and a Virtual Reality experience by Sean Lennon inspired by the letter written to Andy by Mick Jagger when he asked Warhol to create the artwork for the Rolling Stone’s 1969 album, “Sticky Fingers.” Before you leave, you will get to experience five artworks across different platforms that include Cadillac iconography, the classic American car brand that captured Andy’s imagination.
