INK Entertainment Group has taken Miami by storm with its beloved concepts ranging from the long-cherished Byblos in Miami Beach to the Design District’s new Italian gem, Sofia, and Coconut Grove’s Amal. Located six floors above Amal rests Level 6, the group’s latest rooftop bar concept, which features killer food, cocktails and the greatest vantage point to view Miami’s stunning waterfront.

Encouraging the art of sharing, plates are designed to be explored and split between groups tapas style, featuring dishes like paella de mariscos, wagyu striploin steak, a 14-ounce ribeye with chimichurri, fresh crudos, oysters and various types of crispy croquettes. With something for everyone, guests are encouraged to explore the vibrant flavors of Spanish cuisine in a uniquely Miami setting.
