Life Time, the nation’s premier Healthy Way of Life brand, is making waves in South Florida with the introduction of the city’s first-ever indoor triathlon, set to take place on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2025, at Life Time Miami at The Falls. This revolutionary event invites athletes of all levels to engage in a time-based endurance challenge within the club's expansive, state-of-the-art facilities. Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or new to the sport, this thrilling competition promises a welcoming atmosphere and a chance to push your limits in a refined, high-energy setting.
The indoor triathlon redefines the classic triathlon format, offering participants the chance to compete across three iconic disciplines: a 10-minute swim in the pristine indoor pool, a 30-minute bike ride in the dynamic cycling studio, and a 20-minute run on the cutting-edge treadmills in the GTX/Ultra Fit Studio. Each segment is designed to inspire both seasoned athletes and beginners alike, ensuring a truly inclusive and exhilarating experience for everyone involved. Participants will race in waves of 10, starting every 20 minutes from 7:00 a.m., adding excitement and camaraderie to the day.
