Lionheart Capital Unveils #RitzRainbow

Lionheart Capital, developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, kicked off Art Basel on Nov. 28 with an exclusive event unveiling The #Ritz Rainbow, a massive 25-mile, light beam art installation designed by artist Yvette Mattern. The event was held inside the developments newly unveiled “Villa Lissoni,” a first look into The Residences premier villa collection designed exclusively by the projects celebrated Italian architect, Piero Lissoni.

Hosted by art and fashion’s elite including, Laura de Gunzburg, Neville Wakerfield and Waris Ahluwalia, towards the close of the VIP cocktail reception, guests were escorted to the property’s private marina where they boarded a series of Van Dutch yachts and ventured onto Biscayne Bay for the grand unveil and close look at the lighting of The #RitzRainbow.

The #RitzRainbow will be continue to light up the sky through Saturday, Dec. 3 from 6 PM to 12 AM. Lionheart Capital will be offering complimentary boat rides from The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach for those interested in viewing the installation from the water.

Located in one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in Mid-Beach, The Ritz-Carlton Residences consists of 111 condominium residences and a limited collection of 15 standalone Villa Residences. The tropical modern luxury development, which is over 60 percent sold, is priced from 2 million to more than 40 million and slated for a timely completion Q2 of 2017.
