The Make-A-Wish Ball Returns With Another Extravagant Theme

InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball returns for its 29th annual gala.

Setting the standard for South Florida’s charity season, the annual InterContinental^® Miami Make-A-Wish Ball returns with another extravagant theme. Following last year’s record-breaking gala–which raised over $5 million—the celebration continues with anticipation, benefiting the charity’s Southern Florida chapter. Chaired by philanthropist and Make-A-Wish chairman emeritus Shareef M. Malnik and co-chaired by his actor-filmmaker wife Gabrielle Anwar, the Ball is on a mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

The evening’s imaginative theme, “Il Circo: La Madre Della Luce,” invites guests to enter a parallel Italian circus fantasy complete with philanthropy, theatrical performances, gourmet dining and a private concert, followed by a nightclub afterparty.
