The Michelin-starred chef, David Myers, has a resume unlike any other. Since creating his first restaurant, Sona, in Los Angeles, he has opened 20 restaurants in nine cities across three continents. Known for his television appearances on Top Chef and Iron Chef America and recognized by the James Beard Foundation, Myers draws inspiration from his extensive travels to create an engaging experience for his guests. Revered for unique flavors and ingredients, this chef is expanding his Miami footprint with ADRIFT Mare (adriftmare.com), a lively spot in the heart of Brickell with a strong focus on design, flavorful food and a world-class cocktail program.
Fernando Salazar

Kicking off his culinary career while studying at Le Cordon Bleu, Salazar quickly developed his own unique style and flair. Developing his skill in Miami’s culinary melting pot and working for various high-profile celebrities such as ACDC, Led Zeppelin, and Luis Fonsi, the innovative chef works to create dishes that challenge perception. Drawing from his youth and healthier, down-to-earth lifestyle, Salazar opened his own Peruvian restaurant, Platea Miami (plateamiami.com). Parlaying his background in butchery, the one-of-a-kind steakhouse prepares beautifully marbled meat with authentic Peruvian spices and Salazar’s signature rub.
