Miami Magazine hosted an exclusive dinner to celebrate the December Art Issue release and commemorate our cover star Xaviera Simmons for her incredible success and contribution to the world of art. Our guests were greeted with specialty cocktails by Macallan, specialedition Art Basel chalices by Stella Artois, soft music by Steinway & Sons and luxury watches by Longines. Following cocktail hour, our guests enjoyed an exquisite three-course dinner with pairings by The Macallan national brand ambassador Raquel Raies on the terrace of the Fuego y Mar at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach.
Art Basel Magazine, Darlene Perez and Patricia Hanna hosted an exclusive luncheon to celebrate the Women in the Arts at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. The soiree brought together 70 of the top female leaders in the arts community and this year honored Mickalene Thomas, Xaviera Simmons and Tania Bruguera for their extraordinary contribution to the world of art. The luncheon began with a cocktail hour at the Lapidus Lounge. Mingling and sips were followed by a delightful lunch at Fuego y Mar. Modern Luxury Media in collaboration with Casa Del Sol Tequila curated a VIP dinner celebrating Art Basel Miami Beach at the exceptional Fuego y Mar restaurant located in The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. Hosted by Steph Sebbag, CEO of Casa Del Sol, guests were greeted with welcome cocktails, guided through a tequila tasting and finished the night with an afterdinner cocktail. Guests included Aureta, Carolina Lindo, Lisa DiCicco Cahue and other notables in the Miami art culture scene.
