The Miami New Times' Iron Fork Culinary Competition and Grand Tasting event is back this year! Competing for the Iron Fork Award will be two of the region's finest chefs, each starting off with a basket of foodstuffs to create their own magic in front of a panel of local celebrity chefs. In addition to admission to this culinary extravaganza, Iron Fork will allow visitors to sample goods from more than 50 restaurants many of which are Miami Spice participants, a great way to get to sample from the best of the best in Miami cuisine.
