Octopus with grilled artichokes from Vista’s new menu
There are new flavors to savor at Vista. Chef Giuliano Leverone has drawn inspiration from Miami and introduced selections such as zucchini flowers with smoked eggplant, dried mango, wild rice, cilantro buttermilk and piquillo emulsion for lunch, and the wagyu bavette with Cafe du Monde coffee and chicory spiced rub, chocolate butter and island couscous for dinner. Sounds like it’s time for a return visit. 5020 NE Second Ave., Miami, 305.405.7547, vistamiamirestaurant.com
