Renowned Michelin-starred chef Michael White has brought his exceptional culinary artistry to Miami with the opening of MIKA, his first stand-alone Florida restaurant. White, whose culinary legacy includes six Michelin stars and a James Beard Award, has long been celebrated for his expertise in Mediterranean cuisine. With MIKA, he introduces a refined yet approachable iteration of his signature style. Guests are treated to an array of dishes inspired by the coastal regions of Italy, France and beyond, with a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. Signature dishes like langoustine carpaccio, fusilli with octopus and bone marrow, and bistecca alla Fiorentina highlight White’s ability to elevate simple ingredients to shine.
